If you have been interested in visiting Vietnam, you already know Vietnam is known for its vibrant culture, long history, village life and is a great travelling experience.
Whether you are participating in our cycle/trek or the kayak/trek adventure challenge, this is an adventure of a life time.
Northern Vietnam is home to some of the most picturesque villages and welcoming hill tribes.
Those who have travelled here speak of a stunning and diverse geography of towering mountains, picturesque coastline and endless green rice fields. They speak of the naturally friendly people, of the delicious cuisine and of the intrigue at such a long culture of independence and national pride
Here’s your chance to tick this multi-adventure experience off your ‘bucket list’ while giving something of real value back to your community.
The Windermere Adventure Challenge is your opportunity to participate in a multi-adventure challenge with a small group of community minded people, while raising funds to help Windermere Child & Family Services continue its vital work.
And you’ll be giving something back to the people of Vietnam too. On the final day of our challenge you will visit the Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation to learn more about the great work they do with Kids in Crisis. Blue Dragon’s aim is to break the poverty cycle by offering education, training, and job opportunities to those who need them most: street kids, child victims of trafficking, and the rural poor.

More than half of your fundraising target stays in Melbourne’s South-East to assist children and families dealing with abuse, homelessness and families dealing with a disability. Windermere assisted over 9,000 families in 2010. These fundraising opportunties allow Windermere to continue their great work in our community.
