Windermere Privacy Statement
Windermere Child and Family Services Inc. (ABN 63 066 828 936, registered office situated at 48 Webb Street, Narre Warren Victoria, 3805) complies with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and the Information Privacy Act 2000.

All pricing and transactions are stated in AUD.
Security
All transactions are secured using 256-bit Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Collection of information
Windermere only collects personal information from clients and donors that is necessary for our work. Windermere will accept anonymous donations, but we are unable to issue a tax-deductible receipt to the donor. Receipts will be issued within 48 hours of payment and sent via regular mail to contact address given.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you seek a refund of your donation(s), please contact us within 14 days from the date of donation by email or phone us on 03 9705 3200 between 9am and 5pm Weekdays. Alternatively, you can send written queries to: Reply paid 84615 Windermere, Narre Warren Victoria 3805. Please note, after 14 days of receipt of any donation, no refund is available.
Use and disclosure of information
Information is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was collected. We never disclose the personal information of our clients or supporters to third parties, unless they are working directly on our behalf or we are required to do so by law. Nor do we publish personal information in publications or on our website, without explicit/express consent, unless required by law. We never sell, rent or give away our supporter list.
Some information is used in a secondary manner for direct marketing, to raise further funds to assist Windermere.
We provide you with the opportunity to decline direct marketing.
Data security
All personal information is held under secure conditions with access restricted to those individuals who need it to carry out their work under Windermere's programs. We also actively seek to ensure that all personal information we collect is protected from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We have internal data protection and electronic data transmission procedures and all communications made on-line via our website are secure.
Access to information and correction of information
Individuals may request copies of the personal information Windermere holds and request correction of any inaccuracies. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to ensure that the person seeking access is in fact the individual to whom the data relates; or is otherwise entitled to access the data.
