OnTrack offers a comprehensive suite of Client services to adults, children and families, giving them access to a broad range of health and wellbeing services, including counselling, speech therapy behaviour management, occupational services and more.
In parallel OnTrack delivers a select range of Corporate services geared towards enhancing your most valuable asset - your people - and keeping your workplace productive.

Windermere’s OnTrack services include:
Client Services including psychology and counselling for adults and children and speech, occupational and physiotherapy for children. OnTrack practitioners offer a professional ‘one to one’ service to all clients.
For adults we provide a complete range of psychological services, including counselling for depression and anxiety and specialize in pregnancy support counselling and mindfulness meditation training.
For children we work closely with parents and all people involved in the child’s life to achieve a successful outcome.
Clients either self-refer or are referred by a GP or Paediatrician. Right now we do not have a wait list – however our client base is growing by the week so that will change in the near future.
Professional Training for allied health professionals, teachers, childcare workers and others.
In 2010 Windermere successfully tendered for the Master license to deliver the 123 Magic & Emotion Coaching throughout Victoria and Tasmania. We have embarked on an itinerary which will see us offer this highly successful parenting program in Melbourne, various locations across regional Victoria and Hobart over the next 3 years.
Corporate Health & Wellbeing Services specializing in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. OnTrack works with the employer to implement and manage an EAP service that is tailored to the needs of the business and specific industry and that will benefit all stakeholders.
Our consultants focus on providing a valuable support service to Management and Human Resource staff via the Manager / HR HelpLine.
Our practitioners work with employees who access short term counselling at an OnTrack office or over the telephone.
The program is paid for by the employer, with the annual fee calculated on a ‘per-capita’ basis – this enables employees, managers and human resource staff to receive the service at no cost. An EAP makes the much sought after ‘Employer of Choice’ label a reality!
Business Consultancy Service is a recent innovation that has proved particularly rewarding for a number of not-for-profit businesses. OnTrack determines the feasibility of an organization implementing a variety of allied health services, thereby diversifying existing income streams.
Mindfulness Meditation in one hour. We all have to deal with stress from time to time. It could be because you’re anxious about something, in pain, depressed or worried about your health, study, money, career or your kids. The good news is that there is a way to free yourself from stress. By exploring your mind – how you think and feel – you’ll be able to cope better with life’s pressures and find real peace and enjoyment. Mindfulness meditation will help you live in the present moment, without worrying about the past or future. It’s easy to learn and with practice you can use it to reduce worry, tension and discomfort while improving your memory, focus and mood.
