Mindfulness Meditation
We all have to deal with stress from time to time. It could be because you’re anxious about something, in pain, depressed or worried about your health, study, money, career or your kids.
The good news is that there is a way to free yourself from stress. By exploring your mind – how you think and feel – you’ll be able to cope better with life’s pressures and find real peace and enjoyment.
Mindfulness meditation will help you live in the present moment, without worrying about the past or future. It’s easy to learn and with practice you can use it to reduce worry, tension and discomfort while improving your memory, focus and mood.
Mindfulness meditation sessions and training:
In one hour – regular sessions are held at an OnTrack office on a Monday at 4pm and a Thursday at 10am
In a half day or full day – we will come to your workplace
