OnTrack's highly skilled team of counsellors and consultants offer employee assistance programs, workshops, seminars and services, plus advice and feedback on a range of issues to your Human Resources Department.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) aimed at increasing retention, engagement and productivity while reducing absenteeism through assessment, counselling, coaching, consulting and our Manager HelpLine.

Fees
Available on application.  Some are calculated on an employee 'per capita' basis, while others are based on a hourly, half day or daily rate.

Response times

• Employment Assistance Program HelpLine: within one hour
• Counselling for urgent issues: within 24 hours, if not sooner
• Counselling for non-urgent issues: within five business days
