Windermere's OnTrack is a new way for children, adults and families to get fast and easy access to a range of important health and wellbeing services.
Instead of running around seeing psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists and other professionals in different locations, you'll now find them under one roof at OnTrack.
You save time and benefit from a more co-ordinated integrated service. In many cases you will be eligible for a rebate from Medicare or your private health fund that will cover some of your fee.

Now through OnTrack, we're bringing all these services together under one roof.

What services can I access?
OnTrack has a team of skilled professionals specialising in psychology, speech, occupational, physiotherapy and more. We are a FaHCSIA-approved panel member able to assist children with developmental delays. We also have practitioners approved by Workcover and TAC to provide services to adults who have experienced trauma or stress as the result of a workplace incident or road accident.

OnTrack is a FaHCSIA-approved panel member able to assist with children diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, Fragile X, Hearing & Vision impairment under the 'Helping children with Autism' and 'Better Start' funding.
OnTrack takes a multidisciplinary approach for children with Autism or Pervasive Developmental Disorders. We are able to attend at the child's home, kindergarten or childcare centre.
Fees
Our services are fee-based and payable the day you visit. Many services attract a Medicare rebate (paid into your account within 24 hours), private health fund rebate, or are covered by a third party such as Workcover, your employer, insurer or TAC.
If you are a holder of a concession card, you receive a 7.5% discount.
