Our People

Windermere has more than 100 caring and dedicated full-time and part-time staff, over 100 contractors, volunteers and our community partners whose qualifications and backgrounds are the foundation for our quality services. All of our social workers and counsellors are required to have appropriate qualifications, with many counsellors experienced in areas such as family violence prevention, family therapy, child psychology, addiction therapy, couple therapy, as well as sexual assault counselling. Many of our staff members have business, finance, education or marketing backgrounds, and all are required to attend regular professional development training.

Responsibility for day-to-day operations at Windermere rests with the CEO and executive team, who are supported by divisional managers, program coordinators and advisory committees.
