A provider of services to around 5500 families and children each year is it any wonder we have seen exponential growth in staff numbers in recent years. Operating on Victoria’s fastest growing urban corridor, this is only set to continue.

Windermere employees can access this very generous provision of up to $16,050 as tax-free salary sacrifice for both full time employees and part time employees. Furthermore, under Windermere's Collective Agreement, all staff will be entitled to a 4% yearly salary increase for the life of the Collective Agreement.
