Library has Legs Cranbourne supports children's development of language and literacy and child and family wellbeing by delivering the Early Years Literacies Outreach Program, a place-based, culturally meaningful and collaborative approach to supporting children and their families living in Cranbourne, targeted specifically to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, and children with identified vulnerabilities.
Casey-Cardinia Libraries provide a wide range of public library services at Cranbourne, Doveton, Emerald, Endeavour Hills, Hampton Park, Narre Warren, Pakenham branches, as well as the Cardinia Mobile Library providing weekly service around several locations in Cardinia Shire. Membership is free and open to everyone
