About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative Digital Designer to join our high performing Marketing and Fundraising Team. Working right across our diverse breadth of services, this role will take design briefs into the digital sphere, combining on-brand creative with insights and user centric design concepts and approaches to maximise engagement and conversions.

Within a complex environment and often tight budget, you will work closely with your peers across service and support teams to create rich media solutions that bring to life the reason why Windermere is so important in our community’s lives.

As a Windermere Digital Designer, you will:

  • Work with relevant departments to assist in the completion of a design brief

  • Produce digital assets including EDM templates, home page banners and tiles, graphics and landing pages, social media assets

  • Source and create images, video and other digital media that aligns appropriately for each channel

  • Design creative artwork across multiple print mediums, including corporate and consumer communications such as reports, brochures, flyers, advertising, POS, printed newsletters, stationery

  • Update and create landing pages and website content

  • Build UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages using knowledge insights from Analytics and best practice SEO, UX , UI and A/B testing to drive online conversions

  • Ensure a consistent brand and visual identity is practiced throughout the organization

About you

An agile and flexible team player, who lives and breathes the digital landscape, you will understand how to design for different audiences and can pivot easily from one to another. A driven and creative individual, you have a user centric style and understand how to develop compelling digital assets that highlight the work we do and that are sympathetic to the people we work with.

You are self-motivated with a minimum of 5 years digital design experience. You will be able demonstrate your experience creating visually engaging, innovative and user centric marketing and communications. You can showcase your understanding of how UX and SEO drives your website design.
