Are you currently studying or qualified in Early Childhood, Education, Youth Studies or Physical Education? We are seeking part-time and casual educators to join our newly developed OSHC program. This is an exciting opportunity to not only gain valuable work experience, but to really make the role your own by bringing your infectious energy in developing and delivering a unique and inclusive play-based program to children aged 4 – 12 years. Furthermore, you will:
Assist in planning, preparing and delivering innovative play-based learning activities
Develop professional working relationships with families, school leaders and the Cardinia community
Maintain excellent supervision and safety of children
Currently this program will focus on providing after school care based at Bayles Regional Primary School and Cardinia Primary School from Monday to Friday between 3pm – 6.30pm.
To be considered for this role, you will:
Be qualified or studying toward ACECQA approved qualification in Education (please see ACECQA website for more information)
Have the relevant First Aid Certificate (HLTAID004)
Hold a valid Working with Children’s Check
Demonstrated ability in working within the National Quality Framework
