Terms and Conditions of entry

The promoter is Windermere Child & Family Services, 48 Webb Street, Narre Warren VIC 3805

The promotion is subject to Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acceptance of these conditions.

- Competition opens 9am Saturday 4th March and closes 5pm, Sunday 5th March 2017

- Entry is open to children aged 0-12years attending the Knox Festival 2017 and permanently residing in Australia. Entrants must be 12 years or younger at the close of the competition. 

- The colouring competition is split into two (2) age categories

a. 0-5 years of age

b. 6-12 years of age

- To enter, entrants should colour in the Windermere Colouring Competition sheet (appropriate to their age category), from the Family Day Care stand at the Knox Festival. Complete all details on the form including the name of parent/carer, contact number and email address. Hand in completed entry to the Windermere Staff at the Family Day Care stand at the Knox Festival. An entry will be deemed invalid if illegible or incomplete. 

- By entering this competition you give the promoter permission to use entrants details for the purpose of sending promotional and new service updates via email

- The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received or are received late.

- All entries will be the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrants. 

- Entries will be judged by the Windermere Family Day Care Team on Thursday 9th March, 2017. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning granting of prizes. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Judging will be on the merit of the entry. 

- There will be one prize winner for each age group 0-5yrs and 6-12yrs, who will each receive a $50 Westfield gift card as the prize.

- The prizes are not transferrable and cannot be taken as cash

- The prize winners names will be published on the Windermere website and social media pages. The parent/guardian of the prize winners will also be notified by telephone by Friday 10th March.

Prizes will be sent to the address provided by the entrant unless otherwise advised.

- Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Windermere

- Entries may be published on the Windermere Website.
