Parenting Lost in Translation

About the program

A four week program encouraging families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds to share their journey of raising children in Australia and help them to develop essential strategies to build positive relationships with their children.

Key features of the program include:

  • Creating and developing strategies to help parents build positive relationships with their children and the community
  • Advice and support to help families maintain their native culture with their children
  • Education on children’s rights and responsibilities in Australia
  • Information on support services available to families
  • Building support networks with other CALD families in the community

Who it's for

Women, parents and carers from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) background. This is a child-free program.

Due to the ever evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and in the interest of community health and safety we have suspended all of our face to face group programs until further notice.
