Playground and Tabletops

About the Program

This fun group based program assists children to develop a range of essential skills needed for every day life. This includes:

  • Gross motor skills such as climbing and jumping, skipping, throwing and catching balls.
  • Fine motor skills such as cutting, pencil grip, drawing skills and hand strength.
  • Emotional regulation and social skills needed to navigate successfully through life as children grow.

Evidence shows that children learn best together and we love to offer fun and engaging group activities that allow children to practice skills in real time. We also support children to transfer this knowledge into their home, childcare or kinder environment and school.

Extra information: Children should bring a backpack with a drink, healthy snack, hat & sunscreen (September to April). Parents should remain onsite.

Please do not bring nuts or nut products. Please advise us of any children who have anaphylaxis on enrolment.

Resilience for Life has been nothing short of wonderful for me, and enormously empowering. I am feeling so much more optimistic and confident in myself, my driving and taking care of my husband.
