Resilience for Life

About the program

One 2 hour session each week for four weeks, our Resilience for Life program is designed to help you learn positive ways of dealing with day to day problems, life stresses and changes. 

Key features:

  • Understand the meaning and importance of resilience
  • Develop the skills of mindfulness and relaxation
  • Explore thinking in positive ways
  • Develop problem solving strategies
  • Learn ways to deal with conflict
  • Find out about the benefits of a healthy mind and body. 

Who it’s for

Adults aged 18 years and over.

When 

Due to the ever evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and in the interest of community health and safety we have suspended all of our group programs until further notice.

We aim to review this as term 2 approaches
