• We look after invoicing to families, providing families transitioning to Windermere with consistency and allowing you to focus on your relationship with your families
• We pay you directly every fortnight.
• We cover the cost of Hubworks, our child care management system and provide free Hubworks training.
• You will receive marketing support to grow and promote your Family Day Care business.
• You will be part of a broader network of local Family Day Care professionals and benefit from professional development opportunities, annual conference and network meetings.
• We currently offer two playgroups.
• You have the flexibility to transition your Family Day Care to us in a time frame that suits you.

Can I set my own fees?

Yes, Windermere will support and guide you through the process of setting your own fees. As this is a very individual process, to discuss your particular needs or any questions, please contact our team on 9705 3200.

Will I need to pay for HubWorks?

No, Windermere will pay for HubWorks.

Do you have an Administration Levy?

Yes we have an Administration Levy which is payable by families to Windermere. We also have an Educator’s Levy, which covers the cost of holding overheads, family debts, educator training and conference.
