Since his retirement from AFL, Richo has made a career as a radio and TV footy commentator. His ‘never give up’ attitude makes him one of the all Australian greats of the game and just right as an ambassador for Windermere. A true gentleman who is very passionate about the development of young players, Matthew is known for his ability to engage, entertain and inspire those around him.
One of Richmond's most experienced and reliable defenders, Houli was an integral part of the Tiger's 2017 premiership success and was recognised as a top performer in their Grand Final win. The AFL's first devout muslim player, off-field Bachar has developed a number of successful multicultural programs for young aspiring athletes, each with a unique focus on football development, employment, leadership and identity.
Sharni began her professional sporting career playing netball. A Commonwealth Games gold medalist and arguably one of the best netballers of modern time, Layton made the transition to AFLW in 2019 playing for Collingwood. Tenacious and courageous, Layton is truly a unique athlete who is passionate about continuing to build women in sport, and believes that with a little hard work anything is possible.
