This program provides case management support to families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Support workers provide holistic case management to address long term housing goals, build capacity to reduce the cycle of homelessness and develop community links.
This program also provides support to families in transitional accommodation.
Families with dependent children that are homeless with links to Casey and Cardinia.
Referrals via homelessness entry points only.

Growing up was a long hard struggle for Jessica. Her parents, after many troubled years, finally separated when she was 18 but by that time, Jessica’s relationship with them was at breaking point so she packed her bags and left home. The problem was there was nowhere for her to go.
