Women Managing Anger Program

About the program

A 6 week program for women who want practical strategies and support to take
control of their anger.

• To recognise that anger is an emotion that can be expressed safely.
• To recognise personal anger triggers and strategies to assist with these.
• To learn communication, assertiveness and other skills to help manage anger.



10am - 12pm Tuesdays starting 5 October to 9 November 2021.


Online (a Zoom link will be provided after registration)


$30 (or $20 for Concession or Health Care Card holders)
