I have had the great pleasure of having Sarah D in our lives for over 20 years.

At a very early age right through to our end of primary school years, my younger brother and I were welcomed into Sarah's home. Our time and experience with Sarah was more than just a family day care, it was a home with welcome arms every morning and loving goodbyes on our way to school drop offs.

My brother and I were by far not easy at times, but somehow Sarah held a spot for us in her heart. Her nurturing presence has been a constant source of comfort and joy throughout our younger years.

Knowing that, my wife and I have been able to call on Sarah to give a second generation, fun filled love – now our son Fletcher gets to experience the pure love and support as we did as children, and for that we will be forever grateful. We love our Sarah.

I began my family daycare adventure back in 2000 when it was originally under the umbrella of Cardinia Family Daycare. A few years later, we merged into Windermere and as a passionate Educator, I have not looked back.

The support that I have received is nothing less than amazing. Any admin issues are solved effectively and efficiently by the coordination team and there is always someone available to answer any queries that may arise from time to time.

Windermere is a great inclusive community service, and it is an absolute privilege to work alongside like-minded Educators who value and care for the children in our community.
