Meet Narelle, one of our friendly NDIS Plan Managers


What is Plan Management?

Plan management takes some of the stress away from families in that we manage the financial part of their NDIS plans. We manage the payment of their bills for the NDIS services and supports that they receive. We also monitor their plan and make sure there is enough funding for the services they are engaging.

How does Plan Management help people?

We do all the paperwork for them, so it’s one less thing for them to think and worry about.

What is your background?

I have an extensive finance background. I’ve worked in finance or banking roles including in the waste management and photo industries.

What do you enjoy about Plan Management?

I love the people! I’m in an incredibly supportive team with a great team leader. Their support means I can focus on helping others, which is why I do plan management. The flexibility of the role is really good too.

Why did you want to work for Windermere?

It felt like there was something missing in my life. I’ve done a lot of work in the financial sphere so I wanted to use those skills to help people. Windermere felt like the perfect opportunity to do that. This is a shift for me but I’m really happy to be here and I’m looking forward to getting to know people and the job.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

I love to read and go on hikes and bushwalks.
