Prejudice is a negative attitude towards an individual or family based on how they are viewed by others. For example, a person may hold prejudiced views towards a certain race or religion.
Discrimination is when individuals and families are treated differently because of their race, religion or other aspects of their life.
Experiencing prejudice and discrimination is unlawful and effects general wellbeing and happiness.

Learning in a step by step process that we have to follow, we can’t reach the last step without stepping the first step. If we as educators succeed in building trust and connectivity then learning is fun. “To be in your children’s memories tomorrow, you have to be in their lives today”.
I respect each child's individuality and needs and want to help them feel safe and secure so they can grow and learn in a natural environment. The early years are the foundations of learning for the rest of their lives.
I understand that every child is individual with different strengths and different ways of learning, By recognising and understanding each child and what it is that they love and how best they learn, I can provide them with the best experiences that help them to reach their full potential in all developmental areas.
