Take control of your life with our counselling services

Our friendly counsellors work with you to overcome your challenges and improve your wellbeing.
We are experienced at supporting the unique needs of both children and adults.

There are times when you might feel anxious, scared, frustrated or upset. Sometimes you might even have trouble admitting your feelings to yourself, let alone feel like speaking to somebody else about how you feel.

It’s in these situations that our caring therapists can work with you to support you to work through your problems so you feel less overwhelmed and more in control. We are based in Melbourne’s southeast and can work with you via telehealth or face to face.

Confidential and personalised counselling to suit your needs

We can assist you if you are experiencing difficulties and challenges that have arisen from isolation, loneliness, stress or as a result of sexual assault, trauma or family violence. If you have an NDIS plan, we will also work with you so you can cope better with your everyday stresses and challenges to make your days easier and improve your overall quality of life.

Disability Support

You can use your NDIS support plan to pay for counselling and mental health support if you need it.

Feedback to Windermere

My (Windermere) counsellor has been one of the most important supports I have had throughout this whole process. She is amazing. I now see things from a completely different perspective.

I am on the lookout now too - next time I am in a relationship, I will be able to recognise the signs of domestic violence and I won’t let myself get stuck in that sort of position again.”
