When you see an NDIS counsellor you will have an initial appointment and a series of follow up appointments.
Your first session may include a formal or informal assessment to get to know you and understand your specific needs. We will use different therapy models depending on what suits you best. Some people need only a few sessions while others need ongoing support. Hour-long sessions are usually scheduled on a once or twice a fortnight basis.
